Via the My Child at School website https://www.mychildatschool.com/
- Upon signing in, you will be shown the Dashboard
- On the left hand side menu, Navigate to Trips
- Once on Trips, you will see 'Students Trips' and 'Available Trips' (Student trips are those you have already signed up for/paid deposit)
4. Click on the Available Trip you would like your child to attend or see more information.
5. If the trip is full then a message will appear but you will be able to add yourself to a waiting list by clicking the 'Add to Waiting List' button at the bottom of the page.
6. If the trip still has spaces, instead of a waiting list button, you will see 2 options: 'Add Deposit to Basket' and 'Add Full Amount to Basket'
7. When you click either of the GREEN buttons, you will be presented with a 'Consent Request', to confirm that you are happy to proceed with the terms and conditions of the selected trip. Then allowing the process of any consent and payment options.
8. Upon giving consent, to finish processing the payment of trip, go to the shopping basket in the top right corner of the webpage and select the green button 'Checkout'
9. Once you have selected Checkout, you will be taken to another page where you can input your card details to confirm the payment of the requested trip.
10. When payment of the deposit or full amount of the trip is complete, this trip will then move from 'Available Trips' to 'Students Trips', confirming their space on the trip.
