What will it mean by switching accounts?
If when you login Google Classroom it is saying that you have to type in a 'Class Code' this is because you are signed into a different Google account, to see all of your classes you will need to sign in with your school account
(Please note: we do use Class Code to let you join to some of our optional classes, further information will be provide when required)
To switch Google accounts first visit https://accounts.google.com/AccountChooser, It will then open a page that looks similar to this, it will show by default the account you are already signed in with, you therefore need to click 'Use Another Account'
Once you click 'Use Another Account' it will open up the following page and type in your school email address.
This will then allow you to access Google Classroom by visiting https://classroom.google.com/h and see all of your classes.
Please note: By switching accounts, you are switching to your school Google Suite, which includes Google Drive access, Google Apps and Classroom.
Your personal Google account will not hold any information regarding your school lessons or any other information given by teachers, this also means that this will switch email accounts.
Your school Google account will give access to your school emails and NOT any personal emails. This also applies to any work that is done from the school account, if saved to the GDrive you will have to be signed into your school account to be able to access everything saved in your GDrive.
