Adding Youtube.com & drive.google.com &loom.com will enable the videos work.

Sky Broadband Shield works on all devices connected to WiFi, to help make the internet a safer place for your whole family, whether they’re on their phone, tablet, or games console.

Using Sky Broadband Shield: Sky Broadband Shield is automatically turned on when you join Sky Broadband, and is set so it’s suitable for teenagers during the day and adults in the evening. But it's easy to change settings like your age rating and how to block or allow specific websites. You'll need your Sky iD to view or change your settings.

Not got a Sky iD? It's simple to create a Sky iD if you don't already have one, or get help with your Sky iD if you've forgotten your details.

Fixing a problem: Get help with Sky Broadband Shield, including if you're having trouble; signing in to view or change your settings, with a websites being blocked incorrectly, using a VPN with Sky Broadband Shield or if its not working.
