Google Calendar allows you to give others access to your agenda - it can be as read only, or you can give them permission to edit your calendar on your behalf.
To start, open Google Calendar and find your own calendar in the list on the left hand side, and click on the 3 dots :
There, select "Settings and Sharing"
Scroll down a bit to "Share with specific people" , and click on "Add people" :
Start typing the name or email address of the person(s) you want to have access to your calendar and select them from the list.
Also make sure to select the level of permission you want them to have.
Once done, click "Send".
They will receive an email with a link to "add this calendar" (this link should be used from a desktop computer rather than a phone app).
