Email Setup for Android Devices

Welcome to the Email setup for Android devices page, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Open 'PLAY STORE' and search 'GMail' or 'Google Mail'      

Step 2: Search for 'GMail' or Google Mail 

Step 3: In the right hand corner there will be an 'Install' button

 

Step 4: You can then open the software.

Step 5: Click login and 'Manage accounts' will open, click 'Add Another Account'

                         

Step 6: When clicking to add account, the set up page shall appear, click 'Google' and use your school credentials,

                

Step 7: Once you have signed in using your school credentials, you will be asked whether you would like to receive notifications. This is individual choice but we would recommend yes, to stay in the loop and not miss any new emails. Sometimes this message does not come up, therefore you will need to go into settings, notifications and select Allow notifications.
