Google Classroom - a Student View

When a student first goes to classroom.google.com to access Google Classroom, the following message appears.

They shall then have to confirm that they are the correct student with the correct email address.

Choose your role: Student or Teacher, the student selects Student

Upon opening one of their lessons, they will see this intro page which is full of comments from teachers to help with their lessons and that the student can also comment on.

At the top they will see 'Stream', 'Classwork' and 'People'. To see their actual lessons and the content of such, they need to click 'Classroom', where they will a list of all of their lessons.

Upon opening one of those lessons, the full instructions of the task along with all support material, LSQ and ET's are within this lesson.

Within their lesson, they have a section on the side that says 'Your Work', here the student is able to upload their content of work to the lesson so that the teacher can see if and then within the same section see comments made by said teacher.

When the student goes back to the first page of the lesson, they can add their comments regarding their progress.

Once the student has finished their work within 'Your Work' section, once the student uploaded their work, they click 'Mark as Done'. This then submits to the teacher for marking.

Within said lesson, once they click 'Low Stakes Quiz', this is what they student will see.

Upon finishing their LSQ, they will have to complete the 'Exit Ticket'. 

This then completes the lesson and gets added as data to 'Exit Tracker'
